Hello what are the reason for Cisco Jabber enters in call mode preservation?
The user is complyaing that Jabber for MAC enters in this mode in the middle of the call.

It sounds like your Mac may be losing connection to CUCM (i.e. 'preserving' the RTP call when signalling to CUCM is lost) - is it on wireless? remote? an unreliable site?
If other devs are working OK, and it's just this one device - is it having performance issues? Do you have the latest Jabber running?

I have CUPS 8.5 and Jabber 8.5
The user is using Jabber through Anyconnect.
