hello
i'm trying to settle an issue about jabber video since a while now.
When i download it from the cisco jabber website, it come without external server and sip domain information. I try ti get my SX20 with this settings but no way.
A gentlemen in the support community gave me his settings and i put it in this two field (as you can see in the joined picture). but same problème, any connection.
Can somebody help me please.
My two sx20 can communicate between them whitout any problème now.
One of my devices have a multiple option (LIC SX20 MS)
