For the past two days, I have gotten the message "Cannot Communicate With Server". What does this mean and do I fix it?

If you're an end user, you should be reaching out to your local IT for assistance.
If not, is this IM&P or WebEx? and what troubleshooting has been done so far?

If it has worked before, my question would be, what has changed to make it stop working.
