cant able to receive the calls in Jabber

Hi Team,

I have configured Jabber, now i need to transffer the calls to my jabber device (Mobile or Laptop) when i'm not pick the call on IP Phone

You can configure the Forward

You can configure the Forward No answer setting on the Directory Number page of the IP phone on cucm. set the Forward no answer destination on IP phone to the Directory Number assigned to your jabber client.

i have the same number for both jabber & IP phone, in this case what can we do..

Nothing, both would ring simultaneously. If you want one to be forwarded to another then have different DN's configured for both.
