Cisco Jabber 9.6 Certificates

Hi there,

 

We have installed and configured CUCM 9.1 and IM & Presence 9.1. Our customer is running Jabber 9.6 under Citrix VDI-envoirnment.

I have created CSR for all CUCM and IM&Presence Nodes and let them signed by an external CA. I've uploaded the CA Root certificate and the signed Identity certificates on all the nodes and restarted Tomcat.

All the clients have the CA's Root certificate and to make sure I have installed the CA's Root certificate once again.

When I start the Jabber 9.6, I'm still getting pop-ups for CUCM and CUPS certificates.

I'm using Cisco-UDS for login and they are getting the correct information with FQDN and no IP Addresses.

I hope someone can help me to solve this issue.

Hi,

 

     Did you also signed callmanager and xmpp certificates or just the tomcat ones?
