Your question is not clear, are you asking about Jabber using UDS and having problems?

Or just CUCM LDAP directory config??

My question is about CUCM Ldap directory config

We have a synchronizaton between Ldap and CUCM.

And i have several user with this:

Inactive LDAP Synchronized User 

They are not in the Ldap but i can't desable this users

I have alredy restart the Cisco DirSync service

But it is the same

If they had that message, that means that they were LDAP active users at some point in time, but have been deleted, and they will be removed by the garbage collection mechanism automatically.
