Cisco Jabber and file tranfer

Hi all, I'm testing Jabber for everyone with CUCM 8.6 and Presence 8.6.

Users can login to Cisco Jabber but, when someone try to transfer a file, the Cisco Jabber show an error, "the file could no be transfer or the file is used by another application".

It only happens with some users. I tried to reinstall Cisco Jabber 9.7, shutdown antivirus but it still doesn't work.

Please advice.
