Cisco Jabber client on Windows 7 crashes at random during active video conf calls

Windows 7 Pro x64 running on Dell Optiplex 7010.  Video card is AMD HD Radeon 7470.  Cisco Jabber client version 4.4.3.14479.

During video conference calls the client will constantly and at random crash.

Error message (also included in screenshot)

Clutter-CRITICAL **: file

..\..\..\..\..\external\clutter\clutter\clutter-texture.c: line 1444 assertion 'cogl_is_texture (cogl_tex)' failed aborting...

I have tried:

-video drive update

-jabber client clean re-install

Can't find any general information on the error message so I'm kind of stumped.

Looks like it had something to do with the USB root hub on the computer.  I moved the webcam to another USB root hub on the computer and the error has not come back.
