where i can find the cop file for Jabber for android

Step 1 Obtain the device COP file via your  Cisco account team.

a. Locate the Android device COP file.

b. Click Download Now.

c. Note the MD5 checksum. You will need  this later.

d. Click Proceed With  Download and follow the instructions.

I downloaded this folder from cisco "cucimoc-Admin-ffr-8-0-3" and contains many folders. One of them named CUCM and has two files

1: ciscocm.installcsfdevicetype.cop

2: cmterm-cupc-dialrule-wizard-0.1.cop

is the file number 1 which i should to use  or what?

No, please carefully read what I posted.

Step 1 Obtain the device COP file via your   Cisco account team.

This is not something that is publicly available, YOU NEED to go thru your Account Team to get this.
