We have a CUCM 7.1.5 + CUC 7 setup here in my office. Until now, we have been using Cisco Mobile 8.1 (iPhone) for quite some time now, and we found it to be pretty stable (although with some bugs that other solutions do not have!) and extremely useful.
When Cisco released Jabber (and removed Cisco Mobile 8.1 from the App Store) we did some tests, found them to be satisfactory, and got all the iPhones updates with the new version.
What we have found is that Jabber is extremely buggy (iOS 4+, iOS5) and more annoyingly, calls will cut off after about 1m30s.

I personally made a 2 hour conference call participation yesterday using the 3rd party client with no issues and crystal clear audio, so apparently the issue is Cisco Jabber related.
