cisco jabber for mac no audio no video

Hello everyone,
we have a small problem with jabber video ...
between yesterday and today we have created 4 accounts, 2 for 2 for mac and windows. one of the windows did not work right away, in the other, the audio / video signal disappeared after 3 or 4 seconds. we solved the problem by manually editing a registry key (as specified on the online guide) and now it works fine.
the two mac instead connect, receive the audio and video signal for a few seconds and then ... stop working. someone has already happened? the mac does not have the regedit! we can do? I saw in another speech that there seems to be a problem with the new account, but our work to 50%!
