I've had it brought to my attention that when signing into our Webex Bridge while using Cisco Jabber Telepresence, that the the video and audio just stops working for no reason at all. The connection still shows that it is active, but there is just a dark screen. What could be causing this issue for us? It all just started here in the last week.

Could someone help and point me in the right direction to get this resolved? This is only happening on newly created accounts, all older accounts are working fine.
