Cisco Jabber: I can't receive calls

Hi,

I'm using  jabber voice for iphone on my UC-520 that is running the latest iOS 8.6.2 and is working fine throught my wifi connection in the office.I also configured a VPN tunnel to my network, and after configuring some static routes in the CME, the jabber is registering properly with the CME and a 2 way voice call is being initiated properly at all times. But when it comes to recieving calls (using the VPN connection), the dialing phone (7960 or 7940) can't ring and gives the flashing beep sound pointing at an error in the connection.
