Cisco Jabber iPhone\Android reconnect time in mobile\Wi-Fi networks

In our environment we have deployed BE6000 with cisco Jabber iPhone\Android clients. In corporate wi-fi network all mobile clients iPhone\Android work fine. But when the users go out from coverage of corporate wi-fi network and connect to mobile data network and then connect to corporate network with cisco anyconnect VPN client the cisco Jabber iPhone\Android app needs to log off and then sign in again to get connected to IMP and CUCM servers. The same thing we can see as the client returns from mobile data network to corporate wi-fi - the Jabber app dont reconnect to servers. Is there any documents that show how the mobile app works (what is reconect time, retry timeout or smthg else)?

Or is there any configuration issues that can be made to avoid this issue?

Also can the SIP profile affect the behavior of app in this case?

Note: we are not using any of expressway products for outbound clients.
