Solved: Cisco Jabber Licensing for iPhone and Android

Hi All,

I am a bit confused on the following:

1- Do I need to purchase any addtional licenses for Cisco Jabber (iPhone/Android) as the app is free in both market?

2- What is the difference between Cisco Jabber for iPhone and Cisco Mobile 8.1

Yes you need to purchase a right to use license. The ordering guide (partners only) explains the details.
1. If you are on UCL or UWL-Standard then the top-level SKU is MOBILE-K9.
2. If you are on UWL-Professional then you already have the RTU license as it's included in the pro seat.
Cisco Jabber has replaced the Cisco Mobile app. This was primarily a marketing decision.
