Cisco Jabber - Not Logging in automatically

Hi All,

We work from remote location for support and login via VMWare on a daily basis. We were previously using Microsoft Lync and now migrating to Cisco Jabber.

Everyday, when we login via VMWare, Microsoft Lync logs in automatically but Cisco Jabber doesn't. Jabber asks for login  credentials every day when we login in VMWare ["Sign in me automatically" is chosen] . You guys have any idea why this happens?

do you mean to say you have the "sign me in when Jabber starts" tick box?

also, what do you mean by logging into VMWARE, how does that tie in with the Jabber Client?
