Team,
We have moved quite a few Apple Laptops to 10.8 from 10.7.x and have realised that the version of Cisco Jabber we are using - 8.6.4 (19245) - is not working properly.
On them all we are able to recieve calls but unable to get a proper connection to search the corportae directory nor make any calls.
Do we know if this is a known issue or if a new version of a client is available for Mountain Lion?
Cheers,
Leo.

We've seen the same issu only on 1 of our Mountain Lion Macs, the Retina Display MBP. When we attached an external monitor & moved jabber over to that screen it works properly.
Not sure if it is a graphics bug or UI design bug. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Same thing for us. On a retina display Mac Book Pro you have to move the Jabber contact window all the way to the bottom of the screen where the dial pad peeks out just above the doc. If you press the dial pad or search here the respective gui pops up at the top of the screen by the clock.
There hasnt been a update for Jabber OSX for quite some time.. I hope this gets resolved soon.
