Cisco Jabber status probelm

I have successfully integrate CUPS with Exchange. When I login the Jabber client I can see the meeting schedule, but when the meeting start, the status of Jabber will not turn into "in a meeting" but still be available.

I also tried another version like 9.2.6. Still not working.
