According to cups guide, it's required to have an LDAP integration either with CUCM or CUP or both right?
I'm not sure but I think older versions allowed to just create users on CUCM and import them to CUPS. It seems from the logs that CUPS is looking for the entire user name including domain: email@example.com and of course that doesn't exist anywhere, just dgomezq on the CUCM.
