Cisco Jabber video for TelePresence no video

Hi, we use Cisco Jabber Video for TP 4.6.3,

in multipoint calls, approximately after 45 minutes since the conference started, we see that a jabber client stops sending video (we receive black screen),

however in mcu's statistics - we do not see that the participant is disconnected or packet loss from it's side, or no video (just a black screen instead of short snapshot, and freezed picture of this user seeing by other participants).

Also sometimes we do see an artefacts on the screen - in this situation we do see that MCU indicates a packet loss,

but - network department says that they do not see any drops in the class-maps (we use LLQ for the video) or on the interfaces.

Some participants are connected through WAN (SDH), one is connected through fiber link.

Also, the problem with black screen happens with 1-4 (of 6 total) participants at one time.

Please, share with your experience regarding troubleshooting such kinds of issues, and what could be a cause of this problems?

The most suitable answer for this behaiviour is network congestion on the Service Provider segment (WAN segment), in this case what in Movi traces should point me out to that?
