Cisco Movi 4 crashes when called by Video Jabber.

Hi,

We have been experiencing some serious issues with Cisco Movi 4 (v4.0.1.8289) clients lately. It appears that when such client is called by Cisco Video Jabber (v4.8 for example), Movi 4 crashes with following error message:

'The application has encountered a terminal problem. Location: .\tafsdpwrapper.c:2039

Message: assertion failed: (result)

Domain: TAF'

and after that:

'Visual C++ Runtime library: runtime error'.

Is there any solution for this without upgrading all Movi 4 clients? This is causing a lot of annoyance with all of our clients...

I was never able to resolve this issue. Had to upgrade all my users to Cisco Video Jabber...
