Client cisco jabber for windows

Hello, I have a problem with the Cisco Jabber client for Windows , the first call of the day I receive, I can not answer
jabber client is blocked and can not do anything until I close my session after other calls work
correctly. This problem is alternative because it happens to multiple users and not every day , the version of CUCM that I have
10.5 is the client and jabber occurs with multiple versions 11.0.1 and 10.6 
appreciate an answer that can solve this problem
