Contact from LDAP should show in Jabber for windows without manual adding

My client is demanding for contact should show from LDAP in Jabber for windows without manual adding.

Any Idea? Thanks for your help.

You don't mention what CUPS/IM&P version you're running, I'll assume 9 or 10 (You need to provide that info when asking for help)

IM&P admin -> Bulk admin -> Contact List

This is the best you'll get to achieve that, there is no automated process to get users in, or out of contact lists. Notice this ONLY adds users, if you delete someone, the user on Jabber will have to delete him manually.

We are running IM&P 9.X and I am using this same process for adding contact lists to users, but I want some other way by which I only add contact list once and it should be apply for all users.

Because by process you told  I have to make contact list for each users.

This is all you can get right now, reach your AM and submit a PER for this if you want it to be considered for future versions.
