Contact Photos Not Displaying Correctly

Hello Everyone,

I'm having an issue where contact photos are not displaying correctly for users within Jabber. The pictures are pulled down from our Active Directory server.

Some users may have pictures missing for multiple contacts, while others are displaying the correct picture for the contact. Also, if someone leaves the organization and their account is removed, a lot of users will start to see that person's picture for someone elses contact.

Deleting the contact and photo cache files located in "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF" usually resolves the issue after restarting Jabber.

However, this issue happens quite frequently. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?

I have a similar issue, user

I have a similar issue, user has no photo in AD, yet when this user call another user incoming call toast displays his predecessors photo who has already left the company. We have already cleared photo cache folder....thoughts?
