Custom SIP Header on Jabber Guest Client

Hi,

I would like to know,

is it possible to create custom parameter on SIP Header Jabber Guest Client?

My objective is I would like to pass customer information like Customer ID on Custom SIP header.

I have scenario like this :

Jabber guest client dial to CVP (Customer Voice Portal).

Then CVP will pass the custom parameter SIP Header to ICM,

On ICM, SIP header will be parsed then assign to Peripheral Variable.

So I can identify the caller by the Customer ID.

Is that possible on jabber Guest client ?

Customer SIP header is not supported.

For now, if you want to associated some context with the call, a potential solution is to create link dynamically, which could be useful in some call center case.  If the link must be fixed one in your case, then it is not suitable for you.

Unfortunately, I need the fixed link for the Dialed Number of call center.
