Dimmed Video, Mute and Audio buttons during Jabber call.

Hi Folks,

Using Jabber 9.6.0 for Windows, we use Jabber to control our phones as well as IM.  I have a Logitech camera that is plugged into the computer and shows up in the video settings for the client with a live video preview, but during calls the relevant buttons are greyed out;

 

 

IM clients connect to a CUPS server and calls are handled via CUCM 9.  Why might these buttons be disabled?  Do I need anything else to send video during a call?
