Disabling Jabber Decline/Answer popup?

We use large line groups in our deployment for incoming sales calls and unfortunatley Jabber shows the popup Decline/Answer box on every member of the LG.  If any member hits decline or closes that box, it sends the call to VM.

Is there anyway to either disable that box all together or just disable it from sending calls to VM?

Not directly. I can think of two ways to accomplish your end goal:

  1. Disable deskphone CTI control entirely for that user. The simplest way is not to assign them a CTI profile in CUP.
  2. Add a secondary DN on their phone and move the line group association to that. Since Jabber must control a specific line, the calls to this would not invoke the toast dialog.
