Double Office Number

Hi,

since Jabber for Windows 9.6, Jabber shows two office (Büro) numbers, one telephone number, one email address (see attached screenshot).

What do I have to configure in jabber-config.xml or elsewhere to get the email address disappear?

If I install Jabber 9.2.6 the problem is gone.

Any idea?

are u running cucm 9.1.2
i think the second office number could be the sip uri from the dn configured on cucm.
the second thing i guess is, that this settings come from uds, which directory integration are u running

Yes we are using CUCM 9.1.2

We are using EDI (enhanced directory integration).

So how exactly do I solve the problem? Do you need something else?

I believe that is the SIP URI dialling address. Please review the documentation on SIP URI dialling.

I found the answer, I have to set

None

or any other value that does not come back from LDAP in the jabber-config.xml.

Thanks for this. Deployed this last week and couldnt figure out for the life of me why the email was showing up as a work number.
