Extend and Connect - Ringback Tone

Hello,

I am testing out the Extend and Connect feature and so far everything is working properly, however, we have an issue with the ringback tone.  When a call is placed to an external party, the calls comes to the Remote Desination fine.  Once the user picks up, there is silence until the dialed party picks up the phone as well.  Is there a trick to getting the ringback tone to work?  I can see our users assuming it is not working and disconnecting the call.
