Could you confirm whether the CUCM server is configured as hostname, FQDN or IP Address. The latest version of Android client has issues in connecting when the server name is configured as hostname. It is Google defect.
What about other Android phones? Are they able to login?
There is an Android limitation https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=8030
Android devices cannot resolve hostname , they can work with either FQDN or IP Address
Please try changing the hostname of your IM&P to either IP or Hostname under UC Service-->IM&P
To overcome the hostname issues on Android, we recommend the following:
Use FQDN on the CUPS/Cisco IM&P Cluster Topology page, use FQDN on the CCMCIP and TFTP server settings
To avoid any certificate warnings, it is recommended to have FQDN everywhere please refer http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-presence/116917-technote-certificate-00.html
