How do I get a newer ver of jabber guest for Apple/MAC
I have some stakeholders looking to use Jabber Guest a.k.a. Free Jabber. The issue is that most have updated their MAC books to the latest OS ( OS X 10.9.3, Mavericks) version and we can't get jabber to connect to the integrated web camera. They have taken to the apple store and all, no help as it isn't hardware related. I have had access to 3 mac books and the 2 that has the latest version have the same problem. The one that is one version older works well. All three running the same version of Jabber guest. I believe this version is 4.6GA. I can 't install a licensed version for them and I can't add an Active Directory account for them to authenticate to. The other problem to giving them a our latest version is that it is not setup to point to the cloud to connect to. Any comments or help will be great. I do have a TAC case open on this as well.
I just checked what ver. Is being offered on ciscojabbervideo.com and it is 4.6GA. This is my concern. If it is fixed if ver 4.7, ciscojabbervideo.com is serving up a known buggy version? Is there a clean way to get non-employees a version of jabber video to use with their @jabbervideo.com accounts?
It says that this is fixed in version 4.7.This doesn't help us as the version that is being offered at "www.ciscojabbervideo.com" is 4.6GA. I can't give a NON-employee a licensed (newer version) because I'm not going to have them coming to our servers to authenticate because they aren't employees.
I guess I could go look for an older version that might work with the latest MAC OS....
I hope this clears it up some.
Unfortunately my team does not supper the free Jabber Video application. We only support Jabber Video for Telepresence. You may need to contact the Jabber Video support team (https://www.ciscojabbervideo.com/support) and ask them about this. Sorry about that!
I'll look at this to see if there is something there to resolve this.

If you have 2 ISR routers, one acting as Failover, do we need to have both the same number of SRST licenses on the 2 routers?
No. You will only need the SRST licenses on the primary router. Because this feature...
