I just joined a new company and started using Cisco Jabber. I am able to share my screen with my jabber contacts, but am unable to accept their invitation to see their screen. Every time I try joining, it comes up with a message "unable to join"
My current ISP is verizon FIOS. My current anti-virus software is Symantec Endpoint protection, and Malwarebytes Premium.
Has anyone ever encounted this problem, and if so, what is the fix for it?
If you're an end user, you want to call your IT team so they can look into your Jabber config to make sure it all looks good, BFCP is enabled, video BW is enough, etc. Then you can move to your HW, a simple test is to log into the PC from someone who can join, and try with your user. If it works, then most likely it's something you have in your PC.
