Im having a problem with Movi users that are unable to login to Jabber video.

Some users are receiving an error (connection rejected by server) others are receiving an error (Incorrect username, domain, or password). As I attempt to run agent diagnostics, I see that the phone book source update Movi phone book fails with multiple errors (Could not connect to TMS Agent REST Service.: The operation has timed out) in the logs.
