iPhone issue, Jabber works again by change name/reset in CUCM

Hi all,

I just want to know, if there is some well know issue on the jabber for iPhone 4/5.

I have some clients running on the phones, but after 2-3 weeks, those jabber just go to "unregistered" status, the app is closed and open again, the phone is restarted and those things (basic troubleshooting). but nothing works until I go to CUCM and then just change one letter of the device name, then change it back to original name + reset, and the Jabber is registered again.

This fix is ridiculous, I don’t want to naming/reset every device when it cannot be connected using the corporate network.

Someone has found the solution for this?
