Some users have a problem dialing company contacts added to their groups.
Sometimes, after they start Jabber, no green receiver is display on the contact, it is possible only to start a chat.
But if they search in the directory the contact or click on the right mouse key and go to view profile, the contact can be called again.
What can the cause of this behavior?

Softphone or deskphone control?
Are you correctly binding to your directory??

Deskphone control, but also Users that have both.
We use UDS with jabber-config.xml configured, not a external directory, and the Jabber clients can download the file from tftp.

We have always problems by more users with the company contacts.
Also users who had search the contacts and could call them, today have the problem to call again: no photo and telephone number is here, they could only start a chat. They must search the contact, than can they see the green button for click-to-call.
Has somebody a similar experience? What could be the cause?
