Jabber 10.5 Calendar integration with retail version of Office
Hello! I have a customer that was unable to get user presence information to appear in Jabber 10.5. Eventually the fix was switching from Office 2013 Professional-retail version, to Office 2013 standard-the volume licensing version.
The following page from Cisco shows that Office 2013 32 and 64 bit are compatible for calendar integration: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/10_5/CJAB_BK_D6497E98_00_deployment-installation-guide-ciscojabber/CJAB_BK_D6497E98_00_deployment-installation-guide-ciscojabber_chapter_011.html#JABW_RF_CB921AD1_00
But, the documentation does not take into account the way that office is licensed. Is there a definitive answer from Cisco on this compatibility?
