Jabber 11.8.3 Trouble Dialing out via CSF

My firm has been utilizing 11.8.3 for a test bed of end users for a bit now with little to no issue.  We've started deploying it to more end users and I've come across a few that are having an issue where they go to make a call out (typically by clicking on another user they want to dial), then the dial window opens briefly but never dials out.  Incoming calls trigger the popup and can be answered fine.

Any thoughts?

I've only had two users with a few similarities report it, but one was an end user mistake primarily.  Not sure if TAC will have seen anything like this yet.

I'd have that user try using

I'd have that user try using another laptop to make sure it's not related to the machine and something in it, if not, you can review a PRT and CUCM traces to find out if the call made it to CUCM, and if it did, what happened.
