I have a 2000 users setup with Cisco Jabber and as the last deployment portion We had around 20 users which will connect using a site to site VPN tunnel using GRE with IPsec encapsulation with an ASR/ISR router. On this way Jabber don't connects and displays "connection was refused".
We tried with GRE only(no encryption) and with GRE with IPSEC tunnel protection.
All other applications works just fine (SAP, Exchange, RDC, SSH...) with no problems.
If we connect to using a VPN client on the PC it works perfectlly.
Does anyone had any problem using Jabber over site-to-site vpn tunnel?
Just to get firewall out of the picture we had set a permit IP between client and servers.
