Jabber 9.1.4 crash

I have a user with below configuration setup.

Jabber Version 9.1.4 build 13789

Jabra Go 6430 headset (bluetooth to desktop)

Cisco 6945 Desk Phone.

User encounter Jabber crash when ever it pick up "Internal" call via jabber with Jabra headset.

To further explain on the error i have attach below information.

jabber + JabraDesk Phone 6945
External Callokok
Internal call   + different Buildingokok
Internal call   + Same Buildingnook

Hope some one will be able to help on abve case. This only happend to 1 user. I have already perform reinstallation of the application a few time and the problem still exists.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

The more you can isolate the issue the more chances there are to find out what's causing the crash

-- Does the issue happen without any headphones ?

-- Does it happen all the time or is it intermittent?

-- Did you test with the latest version ? Just for a test

-- Did you try on another PC using the same userid and same call scenario ?

-- Did you try with another jabra model ? You can find the ones that are tested and proven to work fine here

Please see below for your question.

(KW) without Headphones no problem, User can answer the call as per normal without crash.

(KW) It happend all the time.

-- Did you test with the latest version ? Just for a test

(KW) We only have that version available. By the way, other user with the same configuration have no issue at all.

-- Did you try on another PC using the same userid and same call scenario ?

(KW) We try by getting another user to logon on the mention PC< The same problem happend

-- Did you try with another jabra model ? You can find the ones that are tested and proven to work fine here

( KW) We only had that model at the moment, That model is same as Jabra Go 6470, just with ot without the docking station.

-- Did you install the latest drivers for the headset you are using ?

(KW) we even had download the software from Jabra web to trobleshoot.
