Jabber - 9.2.2

Hi - We have CUPS 9.1.1 and integrated through CUCM 9.1.2 and associated the user for IM and Presence.

We have below issue.

1. Users are able to login in Jabber, However they are not able to contol Phones.

    Associated the Phone in End user and assigned IM and Presence and asscociated the user in Line of Phone.

     Tried Creating CFS and associated the Digest User and Primary Phone and Owner User ID and assciated the same Line of Physical Phone and associated the End user in Line config of CFS - Still No go.

Associated the Phone in ctigw

Whenever the user Login they couldn't find the Phone ICON in Jabber client

Checked the same in CUPS, where I can see use is associated with Device.

2. User are not able search Contacts, when they search conact which is assigned for IM and Presence not able to find the same.

Please try doing the following:

Navigate to Applications>>Legacy Clients>>CCMCIP profile on CUPS and verify if the users in context are subscribed to the profile.

What type of phone is not able to control ?

what LDAP port are you using on CUCM LDAP authentication?
