Hello all,
We have Jabber 9.6, CUCM 9.1, IM&P also 9. CUCM integrated with LDAP.
Its a fresh installation of all components, our jabber clients are not able to login through AD credentials. If we change password into End User CUCM manually then it works fine otherwise not.
Any idea why LDAP authentication is not working ?

The fact that you are changing password manually on end user page in call manager; this signifies that LDAP authentication is not set in the first place in call manager.
In call manager admin page;
goto system\ldap\ ldap authentication\
and confirm if this option is checked "Use LDAP Authentication for End Users"; along with with rest of the information that follows alongwith it.

You are right amit , i didnt enable LDAP Authentication option into CUCM
