Jabber 9.7.2 not changing state when using with Finesse

Experts,

Wondering if anyone experienced the same issue I am facing?

We are deploying CUCM 10.5, UCCX 10.0, Finesse 10.0, and Jabber for Windows 9.7.2. For some reason, for users configured as call center agent, when using Jabber their status is not reflecting correctly. Meaning, when on call regardless of inbound of outbound, Jabber always show the agent status being Available.

This is not the same for non call center agents.

Any idea what might be preventing this?
