Jabber 9.7.3- I have a user who's calendar appointments don't always show in his Jabber client.

Some weeks all appointments show and other weeks no appointments show. I feel my configuration is correct because he is the only one experiencing this to my knowledge. Has anyone experienced anything like this before..?
