Jabber android - Phone services disconnected

 Hi All,

 

From where i can get the  .cop  file for Cisco Jabber for Android for using with CUCM 10.0.x ?

 

Recently we had upgrade in to cucm 10.x and before version 8.6 jabber android was working fine. but after upgrade phone services is not getting connected.

 

Please advise me.

As per the release note 10.x cucm doesn't required .cop file for cisco jabber for android. 

 

still we are facing the same issue once connected the jabber android, phone services are showing disconnected. please advise.

What devices are you using

What devices are you using your Jabber on? Only some Android devices are supported. Did you ever find a solution?
