Jabber Application Dial Rule

I am using CallManager 8.6.  Can you create an Application dial rule for Jabber?  I'd like people in my office to be able to quickly redial someone listed in their call log.  All calls come in as 10 digits, so they are missing a 9 and a 1 to dial them back.  I tried adding an application dial rule that appended 91 to any call with 10 digits.  But that didnt work.  Do I need to apply the dial rule, or am I missing something else?

just make CSS with correct permissions on CSF device and that's it.

u don't need to use application dial rules.

if u need special treatment for 9/1 dial, make special partition for jabber users.

I probably should have updated this post.  The application dial rule works fine.  You do however have to close out jabber and relaunch it for it to see it.
