Jabber blocking user from continuing work

We have a contact centre who use CAD but also Jabber for taking calls. They do not use the softphone to answer calls.

When a call comes in and the window pops up it is stopping them from continuing what they were doing. For example, if they are writing an email it blocks this till they take the call

Is there anyway of stopping this? I did see a previous post about stopping the window pop up but doesn't seem like anything came from that
