Jabber click to call outlook windows XP

Hi,

I have a client with windows XP and outlook 2007. 

I have installed jabber 9.6 with CUCM9.1 and the clik to call doesn't works.

it's open widows modem windows instead of calling the number.

I found that but it didn't resolved my problem

I faced the same issue, the fix for me was to make sure all applications are closed (install right after a reboot) right click on the installer and select run as an administrator.
