Jabber client can not turn status into "in a meeting"

I have successfully integrate Jabber with outlook, when I schedule a meeting on the calendar I can also see it on the Jabber client. but when the meeting start. the status on the Jabber client will not turn into "in a meeting" even I have enable this feature at the jabber client and presence server. Does anyone have some idea about the problem?
