Jabber Clients on MAC can't login

Hello all,

We have CUCM 9 with IM&P verion 9 & Jabber client for MAC version "uc-client-mac-"

We are not able to login into jabber. Its saying invalid username/password.

Same username & credentials are working fine with Jabber client for Windows but for MAC its not. We have setup UCSF device into CUCM.

For MAC can we use same device "UCSF" that we use for windows or it should be different ?

Our end users are integrated with LDAP.

by UCSF do you know the CSF

by UCSF do you know the CSF devices  ? When you say invalid username and password do you get this in the first log in screen itself ; you will need to make sure that the same UID is used as you use in jabber for windows for login. If this fails can you share the jabber for MAC problem report for more help.


Also for clarity please share a screen capture when you see the error message.

The problem fixed & the issue was MAC OS, We upgraded the MAC to the latest version & all works well.
