I have Cisco Jabber 11.7.1 Build 46916 installed on a Windows 10 Enterprise PC. I used to have Jabber on a Win 7 PC and didn't have the below issue.
I place my Conversation/Chat window on the lower right of my second monitor and whenever I received calls through Jabber using Cisco Finesse the window will enlarge and then once the call is over the window will go back to normal size except is will move itself from bottom up and not top down. So I continually have the move the window back down to the lower right of the screen. I have many windows open at work and have it set up so I can click every window I need when needed but with this window reorientation issue I have to then move things around again.
Also when using Finesse on Chrome...because it doesn't work on IE in our Win 10 systems that also has issues with boxes being enlarged and not going back to normal sizes unless I refresh the page.
